All For Swinging You Around

I like the New Pornographers (go buy their latest album, Challengers, I command thee!) and ever since I watched the music video for All for Swinging You Around from their Electric Version album (buy this one too!) I've dabbled in skipping rope.

That's not to say I'm good at it. Often times I would smack myself in the groin or find myself asphyxiated (erotically, some might say).
